Place Colombia – Cauca Valley department – Campoalegre village, near the town of Andalucía.
Description I got off the car immediately after this picture, to try to get a better framing; but of course the cart had already passed. Then I found however, that the accidental framing the windshield does made the scene more meaningful. There is a kid by the road, looking at how a horse-pulled wagon—a symbol of the old times—passes, while a car, symbol of modern times, awaits its turn.
Some post-oilists would say, however, that it is just the opposite. The horse wagon could be indeed, the symbol of a future era...
