Description |
Sunday afternoon image of an empty house by the road. It reminds me of a folk song, "Las Acacias," an ode to an old abandoned house. What happened to the house? The acacias, magnificent trees, tell the story to somebody who returns. Everything is dead; the loudly happiness, and those who were the house's noise and happiness and warmth... For some reason, the song made me cry when I was a little kid. Psychoanalytic forces behind my interest in old, abandoned houses...?
